Let’s go over your health history for about 45 minutes, to get a better understanding of where you’re coming from, where you are in your health journey right now, and where you’re hoping to go moving forward. This will include things like sleep, diet, exercise, interpersonal relationships, work, etc. You are not required to share anything with me that you’re not comfortable sharing; all question are optional. We will discuss goals, timeline, get to know each other a bit, smile, laugh, all the good stuff.

This is totally exploratory and commitment-free. If it doesn’t feel right to move forward right now - no hard feelings! We are all such different people, we can’t all expect to match up.
