lost in your very own kitchen! You don’t have the tools at your disposal to get started on a healthier food journey or to support your current health habits. How are you supposed to cook healthy meals to support your vitality when your cabinets are still full of sugary cereals and a box of mac n’ cheese? You could use some help in the kitchen starting from the top; from stocking the shelves to meal planning and prep tips.

we will

spend our first session going over the current situation in the kitchen, the cabinets, and every nook and cranny. We will identify major areas of opportunity, go over your typical cooking and eating habits and goals, and discuss how we can set you up for success to be able to achieve your foodie dreams.

After the initial session, I will provide resources, shopping links to basic staples, recipe recommendations, and guidance to help you create your dream kitchen that inspires you to prepare your favorite healthy options. In our second session, we will review the changes that you’ve implemented, find any additional opportunities for improvement, go over meal prep tips, healthy recipes, and other ways to set yourself up to maintain the goodness you’ve created in your kitchen.
